New York City foster-based rescue dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating at-risk dogs, providing them with loving homes and a second chance at life.
I choose Rescue City cause it helps fosters and helps dogs otherwise most dogs people toss on the streets and all dogs deserve a loving home.
