I am deaf, twice stroke survivor and displaced by flooding and hurricane Lala this year living in tent.
New York City foster-based rescue dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating at-risk dogs, providing them with loving homes and a second chance at life.
Rehabilitated Dogs need second chance to homes for disabled people like me.
